Please note the following:

• In an effort to keep our stock of roasted coffee at an optimum level, we may not always carry all of the types of coffee in both roasts, but we will try to always have at least one lighter roast and one darker roast available.
• We have sold out of the Premium coffee for this season. We will have more green beans on hand after the current harvest has been completed - sometime in the spring of 2012.
• We have a limited supply of Peaberry green coffee beans in the warehouse! Once this is sold out, it will be spring before we have any more available!
• For a limited time we are roasting some of our Prime to an Espresso roast. This makes a great French Press - but for a limited only!

Our Coffee Roasts

We offer three different roasts, a medium dark roast, a medium light roast, and an Espresso roast:

• Our medium dark roast brings out the rich flavors and sweetness, best suited for a full-bodied drip coffee or French press.
• Our medium light roast brings out the coffee's fruity and tangy components with very pleassnt flavor. Especially suited for drip coffee.
• Our Espresso roast brings out the full-body depth of the coffee's flavor with a smooth finish. Makes a great French press too!

Saffron Prime is our original "Saffron Coffee" - 100% Shade Grown Organic Arabica, Saffron Prime is a high quality, full flavored coffee with strong hints of sweetness and chocolate, especially when roasted medium dark. It is available in medium dark and medium light Roast. Packaged in 12 ounce and 2 pound bags.
